This important Fourth Global Congress is being hosted by the WCO and Dubai Customs. Along with the WCO, the Congress is convened by Interpol, the World Intellectual Property Organization (WIPO), the International Chamber of Commerce (ICC) through its BASCAP initiative, the International Trademark Association (INTA) and the International Security Management Association (ISMA).

The International Society of Business Economics and Ethics (ISBEE) is holding its 2008 World Congress in Cape Town, South Africa. The Conference will bring together parliamentarians from around the world to focus on the role of parliamentarians in the UN Convention Against Corruption (UNCAC) and its effective implementation and oversight.
Key Objectives:
- Follow up on the resolutions passed in the last GOPAC Global Conference with a look to approve a continuing plan of action for GOPAC and its chapters working with other organizations interested in fighting corruption.
- Provide a valuable learning event for parliamentarians by linking peers and experts, and establish an agenda for action.
- Showcase the considerable success of ARPAC, but also comparable work in other GOPAC regions.
